To enroll your student in Legacy School, you need to do the following:

1) Submit an application. You can fax, mail, or drop off the application to either our elementary school or middle school office.

2) Bring in an official Birth Certificate.  We need this to ensure proper legal name and birthdate.

3) Bring in a record of medical vaccination.  State law requires that all students prior to attending school must verify up-to-date vaccinations.

Admission to Legacy School is not limited based upon ethnicity, national origin, gender, income level, disabling condition or proficiency in the English language. Legacy Schools are TUITION FREE public schools.

Legacy School will admit all eligible pupils who submit a timely application. We will give enrollment preference to pupils returning to the charter school and to siblings of pupils already enrolled in the charter school. If, by the application deadline, the number of applications exceeds the capacity of a program, class, grade level or building, applicants will be selected for the available slots through an equitable selection process, such as a lottery, except that preference shall be given to siblings of an already enrolled pupil. After the application deadline, pupils for any remaining slots or from a waiting list will be accepted in chronological order.
